The “colloquial psychoanalysis” is just the start . . .

Moving past those “internal/ external elemental orientations,” then ego . . . needed these bottom levels explained . . .

Being Freudian, there was only that lower “animal” element, sex, and one needed to be civilized and rational . . . that “reptilian brain,” and then No! But human’s aren’t that bad, they are within a larger hierarchy that controls things, becoming sociable and emotional within the mammalian brain, then knowledge and self-actualization, all contained within those intelligent hemisphere’s that direct it all. Its all built-in.

One could consider a comparison of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and the hierarchical structure of the nervous system and the brain, together, even at the U of L . . . for the more forward ways . . .

The “Way of Intent” for dreaming . . .

Simply, its like seeing an image in the clouds . . . a figure/ground . . . but when one connects, it is an actual “interconnection,” there’s two poles, and energy can flow, an activation . . .

The image, visualization, may seem intangible; but with intent focused, it can take on substance, and an extended space can also emerge . . .

Its more than just a sensory thing, of the outside world; its an abstraction. “Where one is at,” besides the “ego idea,” is a system of knowledge as well. Its an understanding, a source of creativity, the “construct.” Its contained within an even larger possibility, consciousness: the Life World within the Greater World.

One can entertain, consider many forms of experience here, our ideas, discernment of reality . . . the multifaceted . . . the Gestalt!

In the past, it may have been whether it was good or bad, a selective thing; but now there’s other aspects and motivations that make it more interesting, in this more sophisticated presentation of the abstract dimensions.

Overall, I’d say “be multifaceted,” since its more complete, can cover all of the ongoing flows, not just a positive or negative selection, which is just Jr. High School, the first starts of the thinking levels of identity, aka, Washburn, before one becomes a more individual adult. We seem to be in the midst of the complications here. Ultimately, one’s Self, is orientated within the “Gestalt,” which should be our life direction, therapy.

That “figure” within the ground . . . that’s you!! . . . you can transform, metamorphose, be involved within a higher stance, perspective!! . . . the Bigger Picture! . . .

(Ah, that’s it, stages of identity development . . . )

The intrinsic aspects of Self and Reality then, redrawn from a more “spiritual orientation” . . . an activation, a deeper manifestation and presentation of oneself, independent of one’s social/ physical milieu . . .

Turning the corner in my dream world, and in this ancient building, there was a Wizard, uniquely dressed and within his special environment, who was looking up into the sky with his hand held telescope.

The New Me, core orientated, one’s choice of directions . . . beyond all of that stuff going on out there, the activations . . . its pretty much a literal thing, not just the image, or idea we have of ourselves . . . an expression of one’s truer Self.
