Staying Open

A reasonable precursor:

‘What happens to us at these times is that, as we withdraw from the environing world, we relegate the activities of the five senses to the field of the subconscious, and seek to focus awareness … in the field of the superconscious — the timeless, spaceless field of the as-yet-unknown.’

Wilson, Colin. Beyond the Occult: Twenty Years’ Research into the Paranormal . Watkins Media. Kindle Edition.

The issue is in the application: its not just the body, with the mind, in the world: there’s more to the context . . . Its a field of form and energy. In our intermediate position, of figure/ground and intent, as a way of putting it, we have to stay open to that larger reality, of The Life World within the Greater World. There is a greater reality, with other parts to the puzzle, the Bigger Picture, interacting with us, and the superconsciousness, the Ground itself, per se.

Its not just the selectivity of the mind; there’s a connection/interconnection, with a larger Reality. This is where I began to move ahead. The ideal is to keep those doors open, to those associated multifaceted directions. Its more like a meditation, with those extensions, enhancements, activations.

Likewise, its hard to say; but even as far as people goes, I had to get set-up in that “higher order” first, for development, and a path in life. Others were keeping up those lower levels, externalizing, as if that was really it. Are they stupid? It kept me confused, down.

I think I tried to push it in various directions back then, due to the external issues with people . . . a bit of a dead end, with this lower overall interpretation, though I understand that now. I had to come back to this basic level, for this, and I see there’s other ways. Meditation explanations were often for separate rational people in a body; but now I see I could keep up this multifaceted mindfullness, within myself, or the external world, as an orientation. A world of form and energy instead. One often wonders, what should I do?

“A famous Tibetan lama once said of meditation, “The best water is rocky water.” As water flows over rocks, its quality improves and is purified. So the best meditation is one that is flowing and free-with nothing to hold on to-for once we hold a position, we are brought to a standstill by our grasping.

I saw this dark cylindrical object with what looked like a dark twisted wires hanging down. The thought was that wasn’t right; then they shifted into something like a dark needle. I then had a bit of a struggle in which I forcefully pulled away some of those wires, from me, and threw it onto the ground. Later, there was this dark oblong mass lying on the ground, and we put a pinpoint of white light into it. A door opened into this smaller lighter room. The talk of shadows, druggies involvement, and a way further?

There was the appearance of a closing door: I casually pushed it open with one hand, and saw this fireplace in the right corner of this room.

A fence with a clear two way opening, gate.

The point is, I’m seeing those opening steps.

So, beyond this “apparent reality,” the “mirror,” a step beyond this abstraction, this internalization/externalization, there is a world of form and energy. Our intrinsic nature, true self, has its domain here.

I had to get this all straight first. There will still be varied levels of interpretation out there; but now there’s me . . . “intentionality” for the average person!

I’ve hit the higher levels, the extended, multifaceted . . . enhanced meanings. No doubt, this could stand-up as a “course of study” in western psychology/philosophy: we are allowed to come up with one’s own theories, directions, etc. This sense of meaning is the important thing: it was interesting to see how meditators in other disciplines speak of insights, and knowledge as one of their core experiences.

So, beyond the “colloquial psychoanalysis” . . .

I’ve worked my way up to the “life world within the greater world” . . . its more than a troubled little ego thing, that you can theoretically “externalize” the issue over . . .
I had a spirit visit with Freud and he also says he’s no longer doing these things. He was instructing a class.

Its realistic, now, for the West . . . the East or Mid-East would have no problems here . . . the “intrinsic levels” . . .
These experiences, extensions, provide a larger context, rather than just in the body, brain. They seem real, providing a greater sense of Self. Its like, who am I, really?

In functioning, you could hear me speaking of the extended, enhanced directions . . . real experiences! There are some more intrinsic ways, life directions . . . not just “colloquial psychoanalysis”!! Truer realities are there!!

Like being in bed and under my sheet, it was like I was within and adjusting this “yellow cloak.” My energetic orientation at the time? I looked down and saw this white “put-put” vehicle that was moving only ever so slightly. Yvonne. It made me think that I could adjust my perspective here, and I saw that internal translucent orientation of stuff as well.

I was curious about those cliff-side dwellings . . . looking at a dark entrance, on my right, then seeing a lighter opening, to a space and room, on my left . . .

Who am I? Considering my more sublime energy body, my torso, lean and energetic . . .

Do these social issues matter here, as I was thinking beforehand; and are the psychologies the same? Is one beyond the typical generic ego interpretations . . . not being misfits here, or run by sex and survival, etc . . . ?
