When I started thinking, and experiencing, intent and figure/ground, and the Life World within the Greater World, I began moving through all those systems out there.

Our first orientation is that physical/social one. It is more than just a concrete thing; but it is our “shell,” including all our constructions and symbols. Becoming more active, moving out of that mirror, there is that more enhanced level of abstraction, our discerning level, that can begin to touch upon, activate, the other elements of our lives.

Then I discovered the idea of the Subtle Body, which is viewed as part physical and Spiritual: it has Life Energy, which animates the physical and keeps it alive. Life World? Then there is the Causal Body, which is un-manifest, nothing, empty. Ahh . . . figure and ground! There is that aspect of meaning and Creation here . . . the “seed,” containing the potential forms of the physical and the subtle, before they exist. “God?”

Our true Self . . . lol. So, I must of been on the right track.

There are these generalities, though one can also become more specific:

This awareness is felt in the heart, as well as in the mind.”
